Spruce Essential Oil 9ml
Taking time to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature can be incredibly inspiring to the body, mind and soul. An essential oil that links the freshness of an open forest with the human experience, Spruce has a soft green and woody aroma. Its fragrance is sometimes compared to balsamic.
Native to the eastern coast of The United States, Spruce’s needles and twigs are put through a steam distillation process to capture the pale yellow oil. Blending Spruce with other resin based essential oils like Cypress or Myrrh can add more aromatic layers to a woodsy fragrance.
The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.
