Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of this Site, in other words “Contents of the Site” are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by OilyPod or its manufacturers.

Visitors may post reviews, comments, photos, and other content; send e-cards and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. OilyPod reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content. If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant OilyPod a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant OilyPod and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify OilyPod for all claims resulting from content you supply. OilyPod has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. OilyPod takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

PROMOTIONAL CODES POLICY

OilyPod may, in OilyPod’s sole discretion, create promotional codes that may be redeemed for OilyPoints or other features or benefits related to a Third Party Provider’s services, subject to terms that OilyPod establish on a per promotional code basis (“Promo Codes”). You agree that Promo Codes: (i) must be used for the intended audience and purpose, and in a lawful manner; (ii) may not be duplicated, sold or transferred in any manner, or made available to the general public, unless expressly permitted by OilyPod; (iii) may be disabled by OilyPod at any time for any reason without liability to OilyPod; (iv) may only be used pursuant to the specific terms that OilyPod establish for such Promo Code; (v) may not be combined with any other promotions unless otherwise stated; (vi) are not valid for cash; (vii) may expire prior to your use; (vii) may not be used repeatedly using multiple accounts, if the intended use is only for a once off use. OilyPod reserves the right to withhold or cancel orders or other features or benefits obtained through the use of Promo Codes by you or any other member in the event that OilyPod determines or believes that the use or redemption of the Promo Code was in error, fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of the applicable Promo Code terms or these Terms.
