Diffuse Pine Scots or dilute with carrier oil (3 drops Pine Scots to a teaspoon of carrier oil) and apply to the chest to ease congested breathing commonly seen in seasonal illness.
Add 6 drops of Pine Scots to 2 teaspoons of carrier oil and massage away muscle soreness from overwork.
Pine Scots was formerly named as "Pine" and is from the same species.The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy.
