The J&T delivery guy just left my essential oil package on the ground in the hot sun. Don’t know if the essential oil quality will be affected. Seller needs to change delivery company.
Hi there, thank you for your feedback and we’re sorry for your experience with the courier. However, please know that Shopee automatically assigns couriers to all orders and that sellers now have no control over couriers - we have customers getting NinjaVan, Shopee Express, PosLaju, J&T etc. Having said that, we’ll pass on this feedback to Shopee and you may also do the same. Perhaps your rating is more relevant towards the courier service/Shopee and we would appreciate it if you could reconsider for a more relevant rating. Thank you! :)
