After a long day, add a few drops of Eucalyptus Dives to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil and 1/2 cup of Epsom salt dissolved in warm water; soak your feet and enjoy the refreshing, rejuvenating foot bath that your feed deserve.
Place 1-2 drops of Eucalyptus Dives in a large bowl of water that is just too hot for skin contact (not boiling) and inhaler for 5 minutes. This method is not safe for small children. Alternatively, mix at a 5% dilution in a carrier oil or balm and use as a chest rub to help promote clear breathing and break up congestion.
The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.
