Star Anise is believed to help ease occasional issues that affect older women, like sudden bursts of heat and sweating. It may also help support healthy digestion, ease occasional cramping, and soothe queasiness when you’ve overindulged or digestive issues strike.

Cautions: Maximum dilution of 3% for topical applications. Harmful if swallowed. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid if pregnant or nursing. Discontinue use if skin irritation/sensitivity occurs. Aromatic - Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water.

Topical - Dilute to a maximum of 1.75% in a carrier.
