Plant Therapy Relax Essential Oil Blend

Ingredients:
Contains the 100% pure, undiluted essential oils of: Lavender, Marjoram, Mandarin, Patchouli, Geranium Bourbon, Roman Chamomile

KidSafe®: Yes, when properly diluted

Excellent for diffusion, massage, body care, or bath products.

Can also apply to arms, wrists, or temples.

At night, place one or two drops near your bed pillow.

For topical use, dilute to 3-5%.

For children ages 2 through 10, dilute to 1-2%.

To make a body wash using Relax, mix together ⅔ cup of Castile Soap, ½ cup of distilled water, ¼ cup of honey, 2 teaspoons of Jojoba Carrier Oil, and 30 drops of Relax. Pour into an ounce pump bottle.

The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.
