Cautions: Do not use this blend within several hours of bedtime as you may find it difficult to wind down and fall asleep. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use if skin irritation/sensitivity occurs. If pregnant or under a doctor's care, consult your physician. External use only.

Get yourself energized for the day by diffusing this blend in the morning, or enjoy it throughout the day to combat feelings of sluggishness. Add a few drops to a washcloth while showering for an instant pick-me-up. Try diluting Energy in a carrier oil blend for an invigorating and uplifting massage oil.

Aromatic: Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.

Topical: Dilute to 3-5% in a carrier.
