Plant Therapy Sleep Aid Essential Oil Blend

Aromatic Scent: Soothing, herbaceous, sweet scent

Cautions: Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use if skin irritation/sensitivity occurs. If pregnant or under a doctor's care, consult your physician. External use only.

Diffuse at night 30 minutes prior to going to bed or use one drop on a cotton ball or tissue placed near the headboard of your bed. Dilute to 3% with your favorite carrier oil and massage onto the soles of the feet. Sleep Aid can also be used in your evening bath by adding 3-4 drops to 1 tablespoon of unscented body wash or shampoo.

Aromatic: Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water at bedtime.

Topical: Dilute to 2-3% in a carrier.
