For joint relief, add 1 drop Turmeric CO2 Extract Organic, 2 drops Blue Tansy and 2 drops Black Pepper in 1 tablespoon of carrier oil and apply to affected areas.
Mixing a drop or two of Turmeric CO2 Extract Organic in a clay masque may help tonify and help clear skin of impurities.
Massage a drop of Turmeric CO2 Extract Organic with a drop of Clary Sage or Black Pepper on the abdomen when menstrual discomfort strikes.
