If you want to see results, you have to be consistent, i always forget to wear it so the results will be a lot slower, but this oil is good, doesn't clog pores. Tips, you should apply it on a clean and dry skin so that bacteria wont grow inside the roller, i put it in a fridge, not the top one okay, to keep the quality of the oil
