Massoia Bark originates from Indonesia and is extracted using steam distillation from the bark of the Massoia tree. Massoia Bark has a very unique aroma due to the high Lactone content. Lactone is a chemical compound that is rarely found in essential oils. Due to the high Lactone content, Massoia Bark is only recommended for diffusion. Do not use topically, as it can be irritating to the skin.
