For an energy boost add 3 drops each of Lemon Myrtle, Rosemary 1,8-Cineole Essential Oil, and Peppermint to your Plant Therapy AromaFuse Difuser first thing in the morning to start your day or in the afternoon for a pick me-up. You can also add the same blend to a personal aromatherapy inhaler for an energy boost on the go.
Use Lemon Myrtle in a steam blend to ward off seasonal threats or to clear up congestion. Place 2 drops of Lemon Myrtle in a large bowl of water that is just too hot for skin contact (not boiling) and inhale for 5 minutes. This method is not safe for small children. Alternatively, mix at a 0.5% dilution in a carrier oil or balm and use as a chest rub to help promote clear breathing and break up congestion.
The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.
