It is one of our very favorite oils in a milk or salt bath. Add a few drops of Chamomile German to 1 ounce of milk or 1 teaspoon carrier oil; add this mix to ½ cup of Epsom salts and gently swirl in the water for a warm, relaxing bath.
To ease occasional muscle and joint discomfort associated with aging or normal wear and tear, add equal amounts of Chamomile German, Chamomile Roman and Peppermint to your favorite carrier oil and gently massage into problem areas.
For topical applications, dilute to 1% for face and 2-3% for body.
The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.
