Tamanu Carrier Oil 100ml
Tamanu Oil is the secret ingredient you’ve been looking for. At first glance, the thickness and viscosity may intimidate some, but don’t let it! This carrier oil is an emollient and skincare powerhouse with a phytonutrient profile that makes it an intensely soothing option for your topical formulations. Though thick, Tamanu Oil is easily absorbed into the skin and a great option for salves and balms as it is not greasy the way other carrier oils can be.
Tamanu Oil becomes more solid at cooler temperatures, so it is helpful to gently warm the oil in a warm water bath prior to formulating with it and then use up to 20% in your preparations along with other carrier oils.
