Our Crystal Carfresh Diffuser is 3.6 inches x 0.5 inches and due to a flexible tension clip will fit on MOST sizes of car vents. Each foam refill stick lasts a variable amount of time, depending on your use of heat or cold and depending on which essential oils you choose to diffuse.
